More Than a Merchant Mariner's Wife: Empowering Partners of Merchant Mariners to reconnect with themselves and unite with each other.
Welcome to More Than a Merchant Mariner's Wife: Empowering merchant mariner partners to reconnect with themselves and unite with each other. This is a place where people whose partners are at sea can find support, connection, and empowerment. I help partners of merchant mariners navigate their unique lifestyle so they can feel supported and understood while thriving.
After living this crazy life as a daughter or wife of Merchant Mariners my whole life, I have some stories! I'm also a mom of 3 so if you’re looking for someone who understands the ins and outs of this lifestyle and the strength it takes to keep things afloat at home while your partner is at sea, I'm your girl! Have you ever been asked, “How do you do it?” or, “That must be so hard!” or “I wish MY partner went away like that!”? If so, you’re in the right place. We are going to explore the unique experiences and challenges that come with life as a mariner's wife or partner. I want to be your safe harbor, your friendly voice, a place where you can come for stories, insights, and hopefully helpful advice to help you weather the storms, joys and sometimes messy realities of separating and reuniting on a regular basis. Whether you're a seasoned mariner's partner or just starting this journey, you're welcome here. Let’s navigate these waters together. We are people first, we are warriors, we are "More Than a Merchant Mariner's Wife."
